SOLUTION
Mad Hatter Technology was enlisted to help AlarmForce continue to improve its home surveillance systems, a mobile application needs to be designed and developed for secure monitoring of residential and commercial spaces. A collaborative and consultative design process was used to define and prioritize the features most valued by users. The user interface design led the development, which was a balance of prioritizing key features, interactivity and available options within the application.
SUCCESS
Within the mobile application, customers are able to arm and disarm the system, view alarm status, check alarm history, view live video and receive notifications as well as control their thermostat, lighting, and power.
