SOLUTION
The inREACH program assisted youth between the ages of 13–24 and provided support in mental health, substance use, education, employment, and family support. Interventions at a neighbourhood level also included mentorship programs and recreation supports as alternatives for youth-at-risk of gang involvement.
SUCCESS
Within three months, with stakeholder engagement, the brand was created, the website and social media were launched, and the Lead Your Life campaign hit the streets with widespread acclaim from all partners.
