TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY
An AI powered game stats app was among the top priorities for digital product development following the full network rebranding. With the creation of the individual league portfolio brand identities, the Coalition Stats app was launched for the premier leagues.
The Player Pass registration product development followed to provide eligibility identification and tracking for competitions. A customer data platform and digital platform architecture is evolving to support future products, merchandising, supporting services, communication and digital engagement.
Prioritizing scaling the league and increasing participation, a media production and content strategy fuelled key growth across social media channels. A focused outreach communications plan was developed to expand awareness, drive engagement, and transform how the league attracts participants and interacts within the community.
