Toronto is hosting one of the largest technology conferences that will attract 16,000 visitors and is expected to bring $70 million in additional spending to the city over the course of the week.

The Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, #WPC2016,  is in town from July 10th to the 14th and is taking place in the downtown core. Most of the action will occur at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre with the opening and closing keynotes occurring at the Air Canada Centre.

Tickets for the event are sold out, however, you can still watch the Vision Keynote addresses on the WPC website beginning at 8:40 AM EST on July 11, 12, and 13.

"WPC is the place to be in July: it helps you to align your company with Microsoft’s strategy, offers great business leadership sessions and features the experiences of other partners—all while you learn and have fun." - Jacobo Senior, CEO, Solosoft

If you can’t join the livestream, keynotes will be posted 24 hours after they conclude.

Some of the speakers include

  • C.E.O. Satya Nadella
  • Executive VP Judson Atlhoff
  • President & Chief Legal Officer Brad Smith
  • Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Partner Group Gavriella Schuster

The full list of featured speakers and more details about the conference can be found on the official WPC website.

This is the third time that Toronto is hosting the technology conference. The WPC 2017 conference will take place in Washington D.C.
