Originally launched in 2004, Google Apps for Work is a suite of cloud computing (productivity and collaboration) software tools offered on a subscription basis. Aside from being the most popular web service in the world, according to Google there are nine million people using Gmail (May, 2015).
Google for Work is separated into four categories - communication (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar), store (Google Drive), collaborate (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Sites)and manage (Admin and Vault).

Google Drive is a central location that stores each document created. This is a great place to create, share, collaborate on and keep all of your work.
