A Game Changing Experience
An invitation to the premiere of the Game Changers at the Toronto Film Festival was a special moment for us. Directed by Oscar®-winning documentary filmmaker Louie Psihoyos and executive produced by James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, Lewis Hamilton, Novak Djokovic, and Chris Paul, The Game Changers tells the story of James Wilks — elite Special Forces trainer and The Ultimate Fighter winner — as he travels the world on a quest to uncover the optimal diet for human performance. Showcasing elite athletes, special ops soldiers, visionary scientists, cultural icons, and everyday heroes, what James discovers permanently changes his understanding of food and his definition of true strength.
NFL Linebacker Derrick Morgan
Featured in the film is the NFL Tennessee Titans star linebacker Derrick Morgan. After the film premiere, Derrick makes no bones about being on a plant based diet. When he played for the Tennessee Titans, many of his teammates noticed his performance improved and they were interested in how he was eating differently.

For Derrick, he speaks to the hereditary high blood pressure, which he had since he was 16, disappearing. along with the inflammation in his body lowering, which is measured by the presence of certain hormones. With Derrick leading the way in the diet transformation of many of the Titans players on the NFL football team’s roster, and with the game changing performances following on the field, upwards of 30% of the team began following a vegan meal plan. The change in their game came with the help of the spiced up home cooking of now plant-based chef @CharityMorgan, who also happens to be Derrick's wife.

Olympic Weightlifter Kendrick Farris
Kendrik is proving you don’t need meat to succeed. Farris was the only weightlifting athlete to represent the U.S. in the 2016 Summer Olympics. He previously competed in the 2012 London Olympics and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
A vegan since 2014, Farris told Men’s Fitness his plant-based diet has made him stronger, and leaner, and has improved his focus. “Now, my body recovers a lot faster. I feel lighter. My mind is a lot more clear,” he revealed.
The Titans will rave about the changes plant based eating has made in their lives. Check out Wesley Woodyard @WoodDro52 introducing the #Titans at the first plant based Titans Thanksgiving while Charity Morgan
